Common questions

Before you order

All frequent questions

  • Do you deliver on the same day?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available across most of Amman for orders placed before 5:00 PM. Orders after the cutoff are prepared and delivered the next day. Delivery to other governorates may take additional time depending on the location. During seasons such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, order early to secure your preferred time.

  • What does delivery cost?

Delivery is 3 JOD within Amman and 5 JOD to every other governorate. The fee is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and added to the price of the arrangement. Pay in cash on delivery or by CliQ transfer — we never ask for card details.

  • Is the gift card free?

Yes. A gift card is included free with every order. At checkout you'll find a field for your message in Arabic or English (up to 500 characters). We attach it on an elegant card with the arrangement, with no price or invoice inside.
