Can I request a custom arrangement?

Contact us before ordering to talk through what you need. Custom work depends on the varieties available on the day we prepare it, so the earlier you ask, the wider the choice.

How do I know the final price?

The listed price covers the arrangement. Delivery is added at checkout: 3 JOD within Amman and 5 JOD to other governorates. All prices are in Jordanian Dinars.

Can I pay in advance?

Yes, by CliQ from your banking app before delivery, or cash on delivery. We never ask for card details.

Can an order be changed or cancelled?

Yes, as long as we have not started preparing the arrangement. Once preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, changes are no longer possible because flowers are perishable.
