Delivery and payment in Amman and across Jordan
We deliver bouquets and gifts from Amman to all 12 governorates of Jordan. Same-day delivery is available inside Amman for orders placed before 5 PM, and the fee is 3 JOD inside Amman and 5 JOD elsewhere. The delivery date and window are chosen at checkout; pay by cash on delivery or CliQ transfer.

Timing
Delivery windows
The delivery date and window are chosen at checkout. Delivery happens within the window rather than at an exact minute, because traffic and order volume affect the timing.
- Morning (9 AM – 12 PM)
- Afternoon (12 – 4 PM)
- Evening (4 – 8 PM)
- Night (8 – 11 PM)
Published opening hours: Saturday – Thursday, 9 AM – 10 PM. Friday can still be selected as a delivery date at checkout.

Pick a date and window, write the card
Choose the delivery day and window, and write your gift-card message, up to 500 characters.
Choose how to pay
Cash on delivery or CliQ transfer. A confirmation page with your order number follows.
Before you order
What we need from the sender
These three are what the driver relies on to arrive on time.
A working phone number
The driver calls the recipient on arrival, so a wrong number means a delayed handover.
Address and nearest landmark
Governorate, area, street and building number, plus a landmark that makes it easy to find.
A date and window that work
Pick a window when the recipient is most likely to be at the address.

Two ways to pay
Card payment is not available at the moment.

- You pay the driver in cash, in Jordanian dinars, at handover. If the arrangement is a gift, you can pay in advance via CliQ so the recipient is not asked for anything.

The gift card, and failed delivery
The gift card is free
You write the message at checkout, up to 500 characters, in Arabic or English, and we attach it on an elegant card with the arrangement. No price or invoice goes with the gift.
If the recipient is not available
The driver tries to call the recipient to arrange the handover, so please check the phone number and address when ordering. An additional delivery fee may apply to a second attempt if delivery failed for reasons outside our control.
Common delivery questions
- How much is flower delivery in Amman?
- Delivery inside Amman is 3 JOD per order, added to the order total at checkout.
- How much is delivery to the other governorates?
- 5 JOD per order to any governorate outside Amman, calculated automatically from the governorate you choose at checkout.
- Do you deliver the same day?
- Yes, inside Amman for orders that reach us before 5 PM. Orders after the cutoff are delivered the next day, and for the other governorates the earliest available date is shown at checkout.
- Which delivery windows can I choose?
- The available windows are: Morning (9 AM – 12 PM), Afternoon (12 – 4 PM), Evening (4 – 8 PM), Night (8 – 11 PM). You choose one at checkout, and delivery happens within that window rather than at an exact minute.
- What do you need from the sender?
- The recipient's name, a phone number we can reach, and the governorate and address with the nearest landmark. If you want to keep it a surprise, say so in the order notes.
- What happens if the recipient is not available?
- The driver tries to call the recipient to arrange the handover. An additional delivery fee may apply to a second attempt if delivery failed for reasons outside our control.
