We deliver across all governorates of Jordan. Delivery within Amman is typically same-day, while deliveries to other governorates may require additional time depending on the location. You can enter your address at checkout to see the available options.

Delivery within Amman is 3 JOD. Delivery to all other governorates is 5 JOD. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

After your order is confirmed, we send status updates via SMS or WhatsApp at +962780912849. You can also follow your order from the "My Orders" page in your account, or contact us directly to check on the delivery timing.

Absolutely. During checkout you'll find a dedicated field for your gift message, which we attach on an elegant card with the arrangement, without including any price or invoice. You may write your message in Arabic or English as you prefer.

Yes. You can choose your preferred delivery date and time window at checkout, and we do our best to honor it. Due to traffic and order volume, we deliver within an approximate time window rather than an exact minute. For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend selecting an earlier window to ensure timely arrival.

We offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and payment via CliQ. You can choose whichever suits you best at checkout.

With Cash on Delivery, you pay the order amount in cash to the delivery driver upon receiving the arrangement. Please have the amount ready in Jordanian Dinars. If the arrangement is a gift for someone else, you can arrange payment in advance via CliQ so the recipient is not asked for any payment.

When you select CliQ, we provide our CliQ alias so you can complete the transfer from your banking app. After transferring, please send the payment confirmation via WhatsApp to +962780912849 so we can confirm your order promptly.

All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD / د.أ) and include the product cost. Delivery fees are added separately at checkout based on your delivery area.

Yes. CliQ is an instant transfer service regulated by the Central Bank of Jordan and runs directly through your own banking app, with no card details shared with us. We simply receive the transfer and confirm your order once it arrives.

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, and occasionally a specific variety or color may be unavailable. In that case we substitute it with flowers of equal value and quality that match the original design, preserving the beauty and spirit of the arrangement. If you have a strict preference that should not be substituted, please let us know before preparation.

We design each arrangement to match the displayed photo as closely as possible in style, color, and size. Because flowers are natural, some fine details may vary slightly from one arrangement to another, but we always guarantee the same level of quality, value, and refined taste.

Fresh flowers typically last 4 to 7 days with proper care, and longer depending on the type. Change the water every two days, trim the stem ends at an angle, and keep the arrangement away from heat, direct sun, and ripening fruit. Orchids and plants last much longer with moderate watering.

Yes. You can add chocolates, balloons, plants, orchids, and other gifts to your order for an extra special touch. Browse the gifts section or add items to your cart before checkout to put together a complete gift for any occasion.

We're truly sorry for any issue. If your arrangement arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos via WhatsApp at +962780912849. We will promptly replace the arrangement or resolve the matter to ensure your full satisfaction.

Because flowers are perishable, they cannot be returned after delivery like ordinary products. However, we stand behind our quality: in the case of a genuine defect or an error on our part, we offer a replacement or a suitable resolution after reviewing the case. Your satisfaction is always our priority.

If we cannot reach the recipient, our driver attempts to call to arrange delivery. Please ensure the phone number and address are correct when ordering. An additional delivery fee may apply for a second attempt if delivery failed for reasons beyond our control.

We always aim to deliver on time, but circumstances such as traffic, weather, or peak order volume may arise. If your order has passed its expected window, contact us at +962780912849 and we will track it immediately and update you with the latest information.

You can change or cancel your order as long as we haven't started preparing the arrangement. Please contact us as soon as possible at +962780912849. Once preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, changes or cancellation are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of flowers.
