For gift orders we also collect the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address, along with any gift or card message you wish us to include with the flowers.

If you choose to create an optional account, we store your contact details and order history to make future orders faster. Creating an account is not required to place an order as a guest.

We use your information to process your orders, prepare your arrangements, and coordinate same-day and scheduled deliveries across Jordan.

We also use it to contact you about your order, confirm delivery timing, provide customer support, and respond to your questions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

On an aggregated basis, we may use order information to improve our products, service, and website experience. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We offer two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and CliQ. With Cash on Delivery, you pay our courier directly in Jordanian Dinar upon receiving your order, and no payment details are entered on our website.

For CliQ transfers, payment is completed through your own bank's CliQ service. We may ask you to share a payment confirmation so we can match it to your order.

We do not collect, process, or store any credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Any bank transfer is handled by your bank under its own security and privacy terms.

To deliver your order, we share only the information necessary with our delivery couriers — typically the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address, and the gift message to be attached.

Our couriers are instructed to use this information solely for completing your delivery and to keep it confidential.

We may also share information when required by law or a legitimate request from a competent authority in Jordan. Otherwise, we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
