A wedding date does not move, so order ahead and set the delivery date and time window at checkout rather than relying on same-day delivery. Flowers are also seasonal: if a variety or colour is unavailable on the day we prepare your order, we substitute flowers of equal value and quality that match the design. If a detail cannot be substituted, tell us before preparation starts.

How far in advance should I order?

You can book a future date up to 60 days ahead, which is the safer choice for weddings and engagements. Same-day delivery is available within Amman before 5:00 PM, but booking ahead gives you a wider choice of time windows.

Can colours or details be changed?

Contact us before preparation starts to discuss colours or details. Once preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, changes and cancellation are no longer possible because flowers are perishable.

What happens if a flower variety is unavailable?

We substitute flowers of equal value and quality that match the original design, so the arrangement keeps its shape and feel. If you have a strict preference that should not be substituted, let us know before preparation.

Can I pay in advance?

Yes, by CliQ before delivery, or cash on delivery. Paying in advance makes sense when the flowers are delivered to the venue rather than to you.
