By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order with Fantastic Flowers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on our website at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Orders are placed primarily through our website by adding items to the cart and completing checkout. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation by message, and our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp (+962 78 091 2849) to verify delivery details before dispatch.

Please ensure that all details — recipient name, phone number, full address, delivery date, and any card message — are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in cases such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or an evident pricing error.

All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD / د.أ) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm your order.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to either confirm the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund of any amount paid.

We deliver across all governorates of Jordan, with same-day delivery available within Amman and selected areas. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time; orders received after the cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery day. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, occasions of high demand, and the recipient's location.

Successful delivery depends on the recipient being reachable at the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact them; we may leave the order with a neighbour, building reception, or security where appropriate, or arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional fee. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of flowers left unattended at the recipient's request, or for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient.

Fresh flowers are natural, seasonal products, and specific varieties or colours are not always available. To deliver your order on time and at the promised standard, we reserve the right to substitute any flower with one of equal or greater value, preserving the overall style, colour palette, and impression of the original arrangement as closely as possible.

Where a chosen container, vase, or gift item is unavailable, we will replace it with an item of similar character and equal or greater value. Because each arrangement is handcrafted by our florists, the final design may vary slightly from the photograph shown, which is intended as a representative guide rather than an exact replica.

We accept payment by Cash on Delivery (COD) and by CliQ. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount in Jordanian Dinar is due to our driver at the time of delivery. For CliQ, payment is made by bank transfer to our registered CliQ alias, and your order is prepared once the transfer is confirmed.

For certain orders — such as high-value, corporate, or special-occasion arrangements — we may require full or partial payment in advance before preparation begins. Any payment details you share are handled with care, and we do not store sensitive banking credentials on our servers.

Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are prepared shortly before delivery, requests to cancel or amend an order must reach us as early as possible. Changes to the design, delivery date, address, or card message can usually be accommodated if requested well before the order enters preparation; once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations made in good time and before preparation are eligible for a refund of amounts paid. Same-day orders, last-minute orders, and orders already in preparation or out for delivery are generally non-cancellable. All content on this website — including photographs, product images, floral designs, text, logos, and the Fantastic Flowers name and branding — is the property of Fantastic Flowers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse and use the website for the purpose of placing orders only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of our images or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand, designs, or photography may result in legal action.

We take great care to deliver fresh, beautiful arrangements on time, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the total value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, public holidays, or other events of force majeure.

Flowers are living products with a naturally limited lifespan, and their longevity depends on care, handling, and conditions after delivery. We are not responsible for deterioration resulting from how flowers are kept once received, or for issues arising from inaccurate recipient details provided at the time of ordering.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
