Terms and conditions

By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or its services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Orders are placed on the site by adding items to the cart and completing checkout. When you submit an order you make an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming the order. A confirmation page with your order number appears after you submit, and you can follow the order from the tracking page using that number and the email you used. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify delivery details before dispatch.

Please make sure every detail is accurate and complete: the recipient's name, phone number, governorate and address with the nearest landmark, the delivery date and window, and the gift-card message. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, unavailability, or an obvious pricing error.

All prices are shown in Jordanian dinars (JOD). The delivery fee is added separately and appears before you confirm the order.

Prices may change without prior notice, and a change does not affect orders already confirmed. If there is an obvious pricing error, we contact you either to confirm the corrected price or to cancel the order and refund what was paid.

We deliver to all 12 governorates of Jordan. Same-day delivery is available inside Amman for orders that reach us before 5 PM; orders after the cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery day. Delivery is 3 JOD inside Amman and 5 JOD to the other governorates, calculated at checkout.

Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, high-demand seasons and the recipient's location. Successful delivery depends on the recipient being reachable at the address given; if they are not available, the driver tries to call them, and an additional delivery fee may apply to a second attempt.

Flowers are natural, seasonal products, and specific varieties or colours are not always available. To deliver your order on time and to the same standard, we reserve the right to replace any flower with one of equal or greater value, keeping the arrangement's overall character, palette and size.

If the chosen vase or box is unavailable, we replace it with one of similar character and equal or greater value. Because every arrangement is made by hand, the final design may differ slightly from the photo shown, which is representative of the product.

We accept Cash on delivery and CliQ transfer. With cash on delivery, the full amount in Jordanian dinars is due to the driver at handover. With CliQ, the transfer goes to our registered alias and preparation begins once the transfer is confirmed.

We may ask for advance payment by CliQ on some orders before preparation starts. We never ask for card details and store no banking data on our servers.

Because flowers are perishable and arranged shortly before delivery, an order can be changed or cancelled as long as preparation has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible on +962 78 091 2849.

Once preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, changes and cancellation are no longer possible. A cancellation accepted before preparation starts is refunded for what was paid. For quality, damage or failed delivery, please see the Refund and Returns Policy.

All content on this site — photographs, product images, designs, text, logos and the Fantastic Flowers name and branding — belongs to the shop or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may browse and use the site for the purpose of placing orders.

You may not copy, republish or use any of the images or content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as severe weather, road closures or public holidays.

Flowers are living products with a naturally limited life, and how long they last depends on care and conditions after delivery. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by how the arrangement is kept after receipt, nor for problems arising from inaccurate recipient details.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amman.
