Valentine's Day: ordering on the busiest day of the year

Short answer: Valentine's Day is 14 February. Red roses sell out before anything else and evening delivery slots fill first. Order at least two days ahead and set the delivery date on the order.

What actually sells out

The order is much the same every year: red roses first, then red-and-white arrangements, then anything pink. If you have your heart set on a specific colour or design, ordering early is the only way to secure it.

Bouquet, vase or box?

• A hand-tied bouquet if you'll hand it over yourself or it's going to a home.
• A vase arrangement if it's going to a workplace — no vase to find, nothing to set up.
• A flower box if you want a surprise handed over at a door that holds its shape for days.

Timing

1. Two days ahead: the ideal moment to order. It doesn't mean the flowers are prepared early — every arrangement is made on the morning of delivery.
2. On 14 February inside Amman: same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5 PM, though the choice of time window will be limited.
3. Outside Amman: order at least a day ahead; same-day delivery is available inside Amman only.

Delivering to a workplace

If you're sending to an office, pick a slot inside working hours and put the company name and floor in the address field. Remember that an office delivery means everyone sees it — which some people love and others don't.

The gift card

The handwritten card is free with every order, and the invoice never travels with the gift. One sincere line is enough. Above all, sign it: the most common mishap of the day is a bouquet that arrives with no sender's name.

What if the flower I wanted isn't available?

On the busiest days a specific bloom can run out. When that happens we substitute one of equal value that keeps the colour and character of the design, with no change to the price — we don't cancel or postpone the order.
